Delivery charges for orders from our online shop vary based on the shipping destination and the size of your order. Within Turkey, we offer free shipping on orders over 500 TL. For orders below this amount, a flat delivery fee of 39.99 TL applies.

- Istanbul and major cities: Delivery within 1-2 business days.
- Other regions in Turkey: Delivery within 3-5 business days.

Where can I view my sales receipt?
You can view and download your sales receipt directly from your account on our website. Here’s how:

- Go to the “My Orders” (Siparişlerim) section.
- Select the order for which you need the receipt.
- Click on “Download Receipt” (Fişi İndir) to save or print your sales receipt.
If you placed your order as a guest, the receipt will be sent to your registered email address. For any assistance, feel free to contact our customer support team.
How do I add a gift receipt to an order?
Adding a gift receipt to your order is easy! Follow these steps during checkout:
- Go to your cart: After selecting your items, click on the cart icon.
- Select “Add Gift Options” (Hediye Seçeneklerini Ekle): Look for this option on the checkout page.
- Choose “Gift Receipt” (Hediye Fişi): Check the box to include a gift receipt, which will hide prices on the receipt.
- Add a message (optional): You can write a personalized note to include with your gift.
The gift receipt will be included in the package, ensuring the recipient can exchange the item if needed without seeing the price. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our support team!
How long do I have to return an order?
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with Turkish consumer rights laws. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Items such as hygiene products, earphones, or software with broken seals cannot be returned unless faulty.
To start a return, contact our customer support team or log in to your account and go to the “My Orders” (Siparişlerim) section to request a return. Once approved, you can ship the item back using our designated courier.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
